2oz Goslings Black Seal Rum
6oz Goslings Stormy Ginger Beer
Lime wedge for garnish
In a tall glass with ice, add Goslings Stormy Ginger Beer and float 2oz Goslings Black Seal Rum. Lime optional, enjoyment mandatory.
STORY
The Dark ’n Stormy® is the national drink of Bermuda. The rum floating on the top of the ginger beer looks like a storm cloud over water. No sailor would sail into a cloud that dark!

Black Seal
Aged in once used, charred oak Bourbon barrels between 3 and 6 years Composed of independently aged distillates that have been triple distilled using both pot stills and continuous stills, and blended according to the Gosling family’s secret recipe.
Awarded the highest honour from the Beverage Tasting Institute: Platinum Medal and a score of 96/100. Black Seal was described as “deep, assertive and highly flavoured... A most complex, unusual spirit.”
Stormy Ginger Beer
Goslings Stormy Ginger Beer is a non-alcoholic soda with the ideal balance of sweetness and spiciness. Bon Appetit awarded its Seal of Approval, praising its “assertive ginger flavor with bold - but not burning - heat.”

Gold Seal Rum
The newest member of the Seal family, Goslings Gold Seal Rum was introduced world-wide in 2016. This is a well balanced blend of pot still and continuous still distillates. The majority is aged for 5 years in once-used American white oak barrels.
An incredibly smooth rum, Gold Seal is excellent as a shot or on the rocks, and also shines in classic cocktails like the Daiquiri.
Family Reserve Old Rum
This old rum is aged for between 16 and 19 years in hand selected American white oak barrels, and is the ultimate sipping rum. Try after dinner with a rich dessert, or paired with a cigar. Best served neat, or with a cube of ice.
